Production Time
Production times may vary. Most orders are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. Some of our handmade products are very labor intensive and have extended production times of 4-6 weeks. Please see individual product descriptions for production time and contact us with questions.

Shipping/Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method you select. We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. 

**SHIPPING DELAYS**
USPS is currently experiencing unprecedented delays in shipping, including Priority Mail. If you have a deadline, please consider upgrading to FedEx shipping.

VAT / Import Taxes
Serenity Energyworks is not responsible for any VAT or import taxes for goods shipped outside of the United States.
